Whether you're interested in history, culture, or self-help topics, there are numerous podcasts on almost every subject. And you can listen to them for free on streaming platforms such as Spotify or Podimo.

3. Get some fresh air


Even in November, a walk can stimulate your spirits. With a winter coat, scarf, and hat, you can brave the cold temperatures. You'll be amazed at how much the fog and drizzle change your surroundings. You shouldn't miss out on this experience. And after such a walk, coming home to a cozy, warm apartment is even more enjoyable.

4. A home-cooked feast


Why not cook something special for yourself? Now is the best time to try out those more elaborate dishes you've always wanted to try.
