Winter hike from Bartholomäberg via Rellseck to the Fritzsee lake

Get out of the Hotel Fernblick and into one of the most popular winter hikes in the Montafon. Walk past the Bartholomäberg parish church, one of the most beautiful baroque churches in Vorarlberg. Continue your hike over the Rellseck and enjoy the breathtaking view of Bludenz and the Walgau region from the small chapel. The heart of the winter hike is definitely the Fritzensee lake, which invites you to linger at any time of year. It enchants guests and locals alike with its view of the three towers at the end of the Gauertal valley, the landmark of the Montafon. Fantastic views, beautiful hiking trails and a touch of culture - this tour combines them all. With a length of 12 km, this winter hike is quite challenging, but definitely worth every minute.

Winter hiking on the Schafberg plateau

If you are looking for a relatively short winter hike with breathtaking views, then the Schafberg plateau tour is just right for you. Enjoy the view to the south of the impressive Madrisa, which towers 2,770 m above you, and let your gaze wander to the Valiseraspitze or the broad rock massif of the Rütihorn. The Alps reveal themselves in all their beauty on this winter hiking trail and enchant visitors with this incomparable panorama.

From Bartholomäberg via Barthold-Rank to Innerberg
