We know we have the best regular guests, but this year you proved it to us once again! We often received new messages every day from concerned guests wishing us all the best. Not only did you show complete understanding for the hotel closures imposed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you also encouraged us and gave us hope for better times ahead. Reading such messages and comments cheered up our entire team and made us feel more confident about the future.

In addition to the coronavirus pandemic, our renovation project also kept us busy throughout the year. And here, too, we must thank you for being so understanding and open-minded. Every detail we shared with you on Facebook, Instagram, or here on our blog received an incredible amount of positive feedback. And even in the short time during the summer and fall when some guests were able to see our additions to the sauna house and the panorama restaurant for themselves, the feedback was overwhelming. We are very happy that you are just as enthusiastic about our additions as we are.
