Swim your first few lengths before breakfast

The sun is already shining, the birds are chirping, and you start the day feeling energized. Since our sky pool is open from 7:00 a.m., you can get active before breakfast. A few laps in the wonderful water will give you a real energy boost. Of course, you won't get cold, because our sky pool is already a comfortable 28-30 °C in the morning.

Light cuisine

Fresh summer dishes taste especially good to us right now. Vegetables and fruit on your plate are perfect when the temperatures are so high. Our kitchen team led by chef Florian conjures up light creations for you using the best the region has to offer. The forest is a place of relaxation. Especially now, when the sun is heating up the mood on many hiking trails, trees provide shade and well-being. Under the canopy of leaves, the motto is: take a deep breath, switch off, and take in nature with all your senses. Forest bathing has been proven to have a positive effect on the body by reducing stress levels. So head out onto the forest trails, such as those around the picturesque village of Gargellen.
