Pack your suitcase for the Montafon – tips and tricks

You're probably familiar with the old children's game "I'm packing my suitcase...". To make sure you don't forget anything for your Fernblick vacation, we've put together a list of the most important checkpoints.

Swimsuit or swimming trunks

After seeing the first photo of our Me(e)hr_blick spa, it's clear that relaxation in warm water is an essential part of a Fernblick vacation. In our sky pool, you can even swim a few laps before breakfast while marveling at the view of the Montafon mountain peaks. Enjoy unforgettable moments in the water in a total of 5 pools. It is important to distinguish between the bathing house and the sauna house, as our sauna house is clothing-free from 4:00 p.m. This means that you (aged 16 and over) can also relax here if you have forgotten your swimwear at home 😉

Whether it's a cozy corner in the sauna house or a comfortable lounger in the relaxation room, our wellness area has countless spots that invite you to unwind. Sit back and lose yourself in a good book. The world between the covers of a book is often just as exciting as the world around us. Here on vacation, you finally have time to immerse yourself in it.

The Vorarlberg mountain panorama is unique. That's why a vacation at Fernblick is simply perfect for lasting memories. When you are out and about in the Montafon countryside, be sure to take a camera or smartphone with a good camera with you.

Functional clothing

There is no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing – we couldn't agree more! Because the Montafon has so much to offer in all weather conditions. Layering allows you to hike through the idyllic nature around Bartholomäberg even in snowfall or light rain. This way, you are sure to discover all sides of this special valley.

Sports equipment

To enjoy the nature of the Montafon to the fullest, it's best to bring your sports equipment with you to the Fernblick. Hiking boots are essential! However, you can rent many other sports equipment items, such as Nordic walking poles, mountain bikes, or snowshoes, from us at the Fernblick for a small fee.

Hunger

With our Fernblick ¾ board, you can look forward to lots of culinary highlights starting with breakfast. So bring your appetite with you to Montafon 😉
