Vorarlberg has so many treasures in store. Not only magnificent views and nature experiences await you, but also plenty of culinary discoveries. At our buffet, as part of our gourmet menu or at the Fernblick Bar, you are sure to come across some regional delicacies. We would like to introduce you to the producers here.

Butcher's shop Salzgeber, Tschagguns

You will find the delicious sausages and smoked meats from the Salzgeber butcher's shop mainly at our breakfast buffet. Try the spicy butcher's specialties.

Alfred Werle, Bartholomäberg

A crown of lamb, served with braised vegetables, a fine sauce and a glass of Fernblick wine - simply a perfect dinner. We get our lamb from the immediate vicinity of farmer Alfred Werle.

Caspar cheese, Dornbirn

Caspar Greber, also known as Käsecaspar, has a special knack when it comes to the best cheese. He works with family businesses, village dairies and alpine dairies and his range of cheeses promises the highest quality. At Fernblick you can taste goat's cheese and other selected varieties.

Ganahl mountain farm, Bartholomäberg

We continue with cheese, the Montafon "Sura Kees" is a regional specialty that has been produced since the 12th century. It has become increasingly popular again in recent years. At our breakfast buffet, you can also enjoy the soft cheese from the Ganahl mountain farm dairy in addition to the "Sura Kees".

Sennhof, Rankweil

Fresh free-range eggs from the Sennhof in Rankweil are the star of your breakfast. You can enjoy them hard or soft-boiled at our breakfast buffet.

Furore, Götzis

A good piece of cheese is a pleasure in itself, but with a little fruit and mustard sauce, the taste experience is enhanced even more. The creative compositions from the Furore fruit manufactory also make a big impression in combination with meat or fish.

Michelehof, Hard

The Büchele family from Michelehof usually process their tasty fruit varieties into fine brandies. However, during the season from August to November, they also supply us with their fresh apples. You can find them at our vitality buffet as an energy-rich snack.

Amann Coffee, Schwarzenberg

The aroma of a good morning: aromatic coffee that awakens the spirits. The Amann family business sources its Arabica beans from Brazil, Guatemala and Colombia and roasts them in Schwarzenberg. Long-standing relationships with the producers in the countries where the beans are grown are part of the secret recipe.
