However, at the newly built ice climbing garden on the Silvretta, you can try your hand at ice climbing for the first time in a safe environment under the supervision of professionals. The ice climbing garden rises up to 25 meters and is the first of its kind in Vorarlberg. Now in January, taster days are held every Thursday. Here, professionals show you how to use ice axes and crampons correctly and how to move safely on the wall. All you need is sturdy, crampon-compatible footwear.
